Decatur High School teachers, staff, student groups, and DHS committees are invited to apply for a PTSA Grant using the application template below.  Refer to the PTSA Grants page to learn about PTSA ‘Annual’ Grants, PTSA ‘Just-in-Time’ Grants and PTSA ‘Supplemental’ Grants.  Each of these grants uses the same application form (see link below).

Key dates for DHS PTSA 2023-2024 applications:

• January 7, 2024: Application deadline. 
• January 8-12, 2024: PTSA Grant Committee reviews applications.
• January 16, 2024: Grants Committee presents recommendations at PTSA meeting.

Evaluation criteria:

• Impact of the project (number of students, years of use, and ability to share benefits)
• Promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Engagement and recognition of DHS in wider community
• Past grants awarded and/or availability of funding from other sources.
